Crisp bathroom design with a feature sink

With the positioning of the window within this bathroom I immediately felt, from seeing the plans that the layout wasn't right. There was some pre existing pipework which had led the design and ultimately was really affecting the flow of the room. Whilst it wasn't ideal, I suggested a central bath which was boxed in at either end - to allow this pipework to be concealed and open up other layout possibilities. It meant that some pipework needed boxing, but at low level it was easy enough to hide and well worth the compromise.

A self build refurbishment of a bungalow, this was a remote styling job which included, layout, M&E, including lighting, finishes and product sourcing. The lovely console table found for £55 on ebay makes a perfect washstand, and the added granite surface will protect it for years to come. I also added key pieces like the hand held shower attachment for the bath for the welcome stays from the grandchildren.

The result was a statement bathroom with key design features on an incredible budget.
