This 23 property development in Hull required a show home 'on a budget'. With 3 bedroom townhouse style properties marketing c£130K the brief was to lightly furnish the full house, including carpets and tiles for £3K - there's nothing like a challenge.
Utilising many high street purchases, including an ikea trip I met the deadline and the budget.
Unfortunately the show house was broken into the weekend after completion (weird to think that someone must have been watching me), and I'd finished off in the dark so many of my images aren't the best quality. Learned a lesson there!
